How we work

	Your request for parts manufacture You send to us: technical documentation (drawings of parts, 3D models, etc.); information on the number of parts required (e.g. annual quantity); information on a deadline for submitting offers.
	Our commercial offer Our commercial offer submitted to you in due time with information on: cost of parts and cost of equipment (if it will be used); time required to produce samples and launch series production; alternative material; supply terms and conditions.
	Signing a supply contract Suppliers and customers make contracts for direct supplies. If a technical audit is required by a customer prior to signing a contract, the audit is carried out with the help and in the presence of a member of our team.
	Delivery of the first sample After submitting a request for a sample, we control stages of its production and inform the customer of the progress • designing and production of equipment • finished first samples • testing of the first samples by the producer, including examination of material (destructive and non-destructive tests) and measurements (3D measurement) • timely delivery of samples.
	Examination of the first sample Samples are subject to testing by the customer. If the customer approves the first sample, a request for series production is made. If the sample is rejected, another one is prepared in consideration of all the comments of the customer.
	Transition to series production Upon obtaining a request for series production, we control the production of parts in line with the technological process, which produced the first approved sample.
