All the suppliers we work with today are ISO-certified, having demonstrated consistent processes at manufacturing facilities and permanent high quality of parts. For quality assurance of incoming material and carrying out of all the necessary tests of finished products facilities of producers have testing labs wholly equipped for the conduction of the following types of checks:
- spectral analysis;
- foundry sand permeability testing (casters);
- microstructure check;
- hardness test;
- breakdown test;
- items measurement by use of coordinate measuring machines (3D measurement).
If other tests are required (impact resistance, magnetic particle test, X-ray control, etc.), producers use services of outside certified labs that conduct such tests according to DSTU/GOST and DIN standards
